Les splendides fontaines du Palais de Peterhof
La date du lancement technique l’ouverture des fontaines du Palais de Peterhof aura lieu le samedi 23 avril 2016.
Selon le service de presse du musée, à partir de ce jour, le parc passera officiellement en «mode été».
Le Palais de Peterhof dépasse en beauté le Château de Versailles et fut créé par Pierre le Grand, suite à un voyage en France, en 1723. Les jardins comptent plus de 150 fontaines et 4 cascades qui fonctionnent toutes sans l’aide d’une pompe. Ceci est réalisable grâce à un système d’aqueducs reliant le réservoir alimenté par différentes sources, situé sur la terrasse supérieure. L’eau coule par gravité jusqu’au Palais pour finir sa course dans le golfe de Finlande.
Plus tard, le 21 mai, le parc ouvrira ses portes pour un événement grandiose et des plus attendus: la célébration annuelle de l’ouverture des fontaines. Cette journée de gala offrira des représentations théâtrales ainsi que des numéros musicaux avec jeux de jets d’eau.
Rappelons que pour cette saison d’été, la gestion du Palais a pris la décision d’augmenter le coût des billets pour le Jardin inférieur. Pour une promenade dans les fontaines légendaires, les touristes étrangers paieront 700 roubles (environ 10euros). Les tarifs sont valables à partir de la date d’ouverture.
